Are these vinyl stickers dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Our water bottle stickers are printed on durable, waterproof 2.5 mil vinyl that stands up to regular dishwasher cycles. Use the top rack. The bottom rack sits closer to the heating element and will shorten the life of any sticker.
What is the difference between White Vinyl and Clear Vinyl?
White Vinyl has a solid white layer behind your artwork, so your colors look the same no matter what color the bottle is. Clear Vinyl has no background, so the bottle shows through and the design looks printed onto the surface. If your bottle is dark or your design uses light colors, choose White Vinyl.
Will they peel or fade from frequent washing and condensation?
They are designed to stay vibrant and firmly adhered through everyday moisture and repeated washes. Proper application on a clean, dry surface makes the biggest difference to how long they last.
Can they handle both cold and hot beverages?
Yes. These stickers handle temperature changes without warping or peeling. Sustained heat above typical dishwasher temperatures will shorten their lifespan over time.
How do I apply water bottle stickers without bubbles?
Clean and dry the bottle, then wipe the spot with rubbing alcohol and let it dry fully. Peel the sticker and place it from one edge, smoothing as you go to avoid trapping air. Use a soft cloth or your fingertips to push out any bubbles, then wait 24 hours before the first wash so the adhesive fully sets.
Are they removable or reusable?
They are removable with minimal residue but are not intended to be reused. To remove one, peel it off gently and clean up any residue with warm soapy water or our StickyLife Adhesive Remover. Warming the sticker with a hairdryer for about thirty seconds first makes it peel away much more easily.
What does kiss cut mean?
Kiss cut means the blade cuts through the sticker but not the backing paper underneath. Your sticker arrives as a clean shape on a flat sheet and peels off in one piece. It is different from die cut, where the backing is cut through as well.
Will they work on a tumbler or travel mug?
Yes. Any smooth, clean, hard surface works well, including stainless steel, plastic, glass and powder coated bottles. Avoid textured, rubberized or silicone surfaces, where the adhesive cannot make full contact.
